Dear Valencia County Democrats,

Pursuant to the official CALL for the Democratic Party of New Mexico (DPNM) Spring 2025 State Central Committee (SCC) meeting, to be held on April 26, 2025, I am writing to provide you with the CALL to the Democratic Party of Valencia County County Central Committee (CCC) meeting.

We are required by DPNM Rules to hold a County Central Committee meeting and elections in the spring of odd-numbered years for the purpose of electing county party officers and DPNM SCC members to represent our county.

As part of this year’s CCC meeting and elections, we will elect county party officers and 12 SCC members; 5 in CD-1 and 7 in CD-2.

Before the CCC meeting and elections, we will hold Ward Elections to elect Ward Chairs, other Ward officers as needed, and County Central Committee members.

  • Date: Saturday, March 29th
  • Location: Belen Public Library 333 Becker Ave Belen, NM 87002
  • Registration Start Time: 12:30pm
  • Meeting Start Time: 1pm
  • Vote Begin Time: Electronic ballots will be sent the evening of Sunday, March 30th
  • Vote End Time: Voting ends at 11:59 pm on Thursday, April 3rd

  • Meeting Start Time: 11am
